Applied Analysis collects only the information needed to respond to a consultation request or record a separate newsletter signup.
Consultation requests
Contact information is used to respond to the request you submit and to understand the business decision or challenge you describe. The form asks for your name, work email, organization, and a concise summary so the first follow-up can be relevant.
Consultation submissions use a secure same-origin delivery path intended for the Applied Analysis business inbox. Until Cloudflare sender-domain onboarding and live verification are complete, unsuccessful sends route to an unavailable page rather than showing a false success.
Newsletter signups
Newsletter data is kept separate from consultation requests. Signing up is optional and records only the name, email address, and explicit consent provided through the newsletter form. A newsletter signup is never required to request a consultation.
Analytics
Journey measurement may track page views, CTA clicks, contact-form starts, validation failures, and completions. Typed form values should never be sent to analytics systems. Form entries are not included in analytics events, and visiting or interacting with the site does not count as newsletter consent.
Practical privacy choices
- Forms ask only for information that supports the requested follow-up.
- Consultation and newsletter purposes remain separate.
- No public phone number is published on this site.
- Contact details and message contents are excluded from analytics.
If you choose to submit information, include only what is useful for an initial conversation and avoid sharing confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive material through the form.
